Where are you located? Can I come in to pick up my wine?

Walker Wine Co. is headquartered out of Culver City in Los Angeles, CA.

We're not operating as a brick and mortar storefront, so we ship all orders received, unless you've request for us to transfer it to your Walker Wine Locker. If you happen to be in the area and want to come by to pick up your order, we'll be happy to see you with a little advanced notice.

What are your business hours?

We're accessible by email 24/7 and reachable by phone at 310.295.1088. Our operating hours are 9:30am-5:30am/PST daily.

Do you ship internationally?

Indeed. Kindly note, orders that shipped to an address outside of the United States are not cancellable or refundable. 

I'm sending a gift. Can I include a message?

Certainly. Contact us with your order number and we'll be sure to include a note.

Wow, it's hot out. Can you hold off on shipping until the weather cools off?

Definitely, and we recommend doing so. We will hold shipments during extreme weather periods unless otherwise specified by you.

Orders once completed will be charged, even if wine is being held due to extreme weather conditions. If you simply cannot wait, in order to avoid damaging your wines we recommend expedited shipping.

Contact Walker after purchase to confirm your preferred hold dates.

I believe my wine is damaged / spoiled. Can you refund my order?

We stand behind every bottle of wine we acquire through both private and commercial sources.  If you open a wine purchased from us and the wine suggests signs of damage or is otherwise spoiled, please contact us immediately. 

I hear you offer wine storage in Los Angeles. Can I store my wine with you, even if I don't live there?

Of course! You're thinking of Walker Wine Locker, open 7 days a week in Los Angeles. Even if you don't live here, we can store your wine in a locker and work with you to ship your bottles whenever you'd like. Contact us for locker pricing options.

Could I choose to have my order transferred directly into my Walker Wine Locker instead of shipped?

Absolutely. When asked to choose a shipping method, simply select "Transfer to WWL" and consider it done.

I'm traveling to a wine region. Any recommendations? People to meet? Places to eat?

We are happy to share some thoughts. Where to stay or where to eat during weekends in Napa and Sonoma to travel to Piedmont, Burgundy, Rioja and more.

As for visiting tasting rooms and producers, ordinarily these are limited to members of the trade. Occasionally, however, we can help open up some cellar doors.
