1997 Trimbach, Riesling Clos Ste. Hune 750ml

The most important Trimbach plot is the walled Clos Sainte Hune vineyard, which lies within the larger Rosacker Grand Cru vineyard of Hunawihr. This plot has been in the family for more than 200 years and produces wine with high minerality and ageability. Even though this wine comes from a grand cru vineyard, it is not labelled as such; Trimbach has shunned the title in favor of the prestigious Clos Sainte Hune name.
