2022 J.K. Carriere, 'Vespidae' Pinot Noir 750ml

A bright red/ruby hue, the 2022 Pinot Noir Vespidae is lifted with mineral highlights of graphite, ripe cherries, fresh flowers, and a hint of pastis. With two-thirds of its fruit from the St. Delorce Vineyard and the rest from Temperance Hill, it’s elegant on the palate, with well-defined tannins, a wonderful linear feel, and a zesty lift of ripe acidity. It’s going to age gracefully over the next 8-10 years.
